SRINAGAR: Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesman, Altaf Thakur lost the DDC District Development council from Dadsara segment in Tral town of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.The seat in the restive south Kashmir area was won by Avtar Singh, an independent who secured 246 votes against Thakur’s 235.
