Qazigund, Sep 19 (JKNS): A traffic police official was killed after being hit by a truck in the Qazigund area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district, officials said.
Officials told news agency JKNS that, the deceased has been identified as Mushtaq Ahmad, a resident of Kulpora, Kulgam, who was reportedly performing his duties in the area when the incident occurred.
Following the incident, police reached the spot and took cognizance of the matter.
Cognizance of the incident has been taken and further investigation initiated. (JKNS)
