BANDIPORA : National conference leader Hilal Akbar Lone was Friday detained near Sumbal in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district, while he was on way to his home in Naidkhai from Srinagar
Notably, Hilal is the elder son of Member Parliament from north Kashmir and senior National Conference leader, Mohammad Akbar Lone.
Talking to the news agency Akbar Lone said that Hilal has been detained near Sumbal by the police when he was on way to his home.
He said he has no idea as to why police have detained him.
There was, however, no official confirmation about Hilal Lone’s detention
