KUPWARA: The District Administration Kupwara today accorded a warm send-off to outgoing SDM Karnah-Tanghdar, Reyaz Ahmad (JKAS), in a ceremony held at the DC Office Complex.
Presiding over the function, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara praised the officer’s promptness, alacrity, and calm demeanor in serving the border sub-division, urging him to continue sharing his insights and field experience with the district administration. The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kupwara also lauded his leadership and seamless inter-departmental coordination during his tenure.
In response, Reyaz Ahmad expressed deep gratitude to the DC and the administration for their steadfast support while executing administrative tasks in a challenging border terrain.
The event was attended by ADC Kupwara, ADC Handwara, SDM Lolab, ACR Kupwara, CPO, District Information Officer (DIO), and other district officers, who extended their best wishes to the outgoing officer for his future postings.
