Power Shutdown

SRINAGAR, DECEMBER 30: According to the Power Controller, Kashmir Province, in order to stringing work 33kv Baramulla Ist and Baramulla II lines shall remain affected  on January 01, 2021 and January 04, 2021 from 11am to 1PM respectively.

The power supply to receiving stations Baramulla ist, Kanibagh, Drangbal, Baramulla II and Sheeri shall remain affected.

Similarly, in order to carry out installation of isolators, erection of poles and laying of bus bar, 33/11 receiving stations and lines of Qazigund & Achabal shall remain shutdown on December 31, 2020 from 11am to 5pm while Damjan-Qazigund Tap line shall observe shutdown on January 02, 2021 from 11am to 3pm.

Also, in order to facilitate segregation of 11kv sailors feeder and commissioning thereof, 33kv Alesteng Power House Line shall remain shutdown on December 31,2020 from 12 noon to 3pm.

The power supply to receiving station Power House Doderhama Manigam shall remain affected.

Furthermore, in order to carry out works under languishing projects, PMDP 33kv Nihalpora Markundal & Badampora HCC/Army line shall remain shutdown on January 02 & 07, 2021 from 10am to 4 pm. While the power supply to receiving stations Naidkhai, Markundal, Hajin, Ajas, Preng and Army shall remain affected.

The power supply to areas fed from these stations and lines shall remain off on their respective periods.
