Over dozen family members put under quarantine
Srinagar, April: Srinagar, Apr 16: A police cop post at Srinagar was tested positive for Covid-19 infection on Monday, officials said.As per the police officials, the policeman was posted at India Reserve Police (IRP) battalion in Srinagar. Following the reports, they have dispatched a message to his seniors and those who have come in his contact will be quarantined.Around 13 family members of the cop have been shifted to quarantine centre and we are tracing other contacts of the policemen,” the official said adding that they are following all the medical guidelines to tackle the situation.Earlier, on 16 March, a cop from Rathsuna Budgam was been found positive and is undergoing treatment at the hospital.
