KUPWARA, JANUARY 19: According to Deputy District Election Officer Kupwara, 11th National Voters Day (NVD) will be celebrated on 25th January, 2021 at district, constituency and at polling station level across the district.
The main functions shall be held at Town Hall Kupwara (2- Kupwara Assembly Constituency), Town Hall Handwara (4- Handwara & 5- Langate Assembly Constituency) and Sub Divisional Office (1- Karnah Assembly Constituency).
The highlights of 11th NVD are to focus on tech tools, launch of e-EPIC, e-EPICometer, and comprehensive communication plan besides media engagement.
