1. Fearless Fighting Fifteen has organised a counselling and registration session for the young aspirants of the AoR who have shown interest and got registered themselves for the courses under Himayat Programme, an initiative by government of Jammu and Kashmir to provide professional training and placement opportunities to the youth of Jammu and Kasmir.
2. A team of TeamLease Company , a private company collaboration under Himayat Programme with J&K government , visited Batallion HQ , 15RR and conducted a counselling cum registration session for the interested youth.
3. Mr.Mukhtar Nabi , Project Head , TeamLease along with Centre Incharege Mr. Khazir Md and Trainer Mr. Shafqq Ali shortlisted 25 individuals out of 75 registered by the 15 RR.
4. The shortlisted individuals will be going through a long course of 6 month in the centre at srinagar from 01 March 2021.
