Jammu’s high temperature breaks a 11-year-old record

Jammu city today recorded a maximum temperature of 29.0°C.
On 27 Feb 2010, the city had recorded a maximum temperature of 29.5°C.
The all-time record of highest Feb temperature is 31.7°C recorded on 22 Feb 1947

Conditions remained similar in Katra town, it recorded a high temperature of 26.5°C, highest since 2009 at least.
The all-time record is 28.8°C recorded on 11 Feb 1993
