BARAMULLA, APRIL 24: In a marvelous moment, the district Baramulla has brought laurels on the occasion of National Panchayat Raj day 2021 by bagging two national Panchayat awards for excellent performance in developmental parameters.
The gram Panchayat Kangroosa Kandi of Rafiabad area receives Deendayal Upadhyay Panchayat Sashahtikaran Puraskar and Gram Panchayat Achibal Nadihal receives Child friendly Gram Panchayat award during a function presided over by Prime Minister.
The Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Bhupinder Kumar has appreciated the concerned functionaries associated with the achievement and said that more needs to be done with zeal and dedication so that the district also shines in other fields.
