Sopore man injured in bear attack, hospitalised

Sopore, april 28 :
A 40 year old man sustained grievous injuries after being attacked by a bear at hibb dangerpora village of sopore in north kashmir’s baramulla district on wednesday morning.

Sources told that a man identified as abdul salam dar son of ghulam mohammad dar a resident of hibb dangerpora was walking near riverside when the incident took place.

when he raised an alarm, people nearby rushed to his rescue, and drove away the bears.

however, he was immediately taken to nearby hospital where from he was referred to srinagar medical institute for advanced treatment reports added.

meanwhile, police took congnizence of this incident.
