Ganderbal, May 3: A 14 year old girl died after hit by a speedy vehicle on Srinagar-Leh Highway near Mamar Kangan area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Monday.
Police Sources said that a girl identified as Khalida Bano (14) daughter of Angreez Ali Thekrey of Thekrey Pati Mamer Kangan died after she was hit by a vehicle (JK01AB/3657) near Mamer Kangan.
“The erring driver have been arrested and vehicle seized,” said a police official adding that a case has been registered in this regard.
