KUPWARA, MAY 04: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Imam Din today convened a meeting of Doctors to review the arrangements for Covid designated Sub District Hospital Kupwara.
On the occasion, a threadbare discussion was held and it was given out in the meeting that District Hospital Handwara and SDH Sogam have to be augmented for the management of non-Covid surgeries including surgeries of pregnant ladies.
The DC directed the Chief Medical Officer for proper formulation of duty roaster of Doctors and medical staff for smooth functioning of the Covid hospital. He also directed the CMO to ensure that all essential medicines are made available for Covid patients in the hospital.
Additional District Development Commissioner, Kupwara, Nazir Ahmad Lone; District Tuberculosis Officer and doctors attended the meeting.
