12 Stranded families sent to their native places District Admin Kulgam makes necessary arrangements

KULGAM, MAY 05: After receiving information that a group of people (Labours) from outside  UT are stuck in Devsar area of Kulgam district due to Covid-19 lockdown, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat swiftly  deputed a team of officers and officials of Revenue and Police department for their assistance.

After approaching these families the team found that 28 family members of 12 families have been stranded here at a brick Kiln due to restrictions.

          The District Administration provided  shelter to these persons and later they were provided free transport and other essentials and sent to their native places.

These persons appreciated and expressed their gratitude to District administration for the timely action.
