KUPWARA, MAY 06: Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Imam Din today visited Sub-District Covid Hospital, Kupwara and inspected the facilities provided to the Covid patients. He was accompanied by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Nazir Ahmad Lone; Assistant Commissioner Revenue and Chief Medical Officer.
The Deputy Commissioner inspected the health care facilities being provided to the Covid patients and stressed upon the doctors to take care of the patients in home isolation for their speedy recovery.
The Deputy Commissioner also inspected the oxygen plant of the hospital and issued on spot directions for providing necessary inverter backup to the plant so that the Covid patients would not suffer in extreme situation.
The Deputy Commissioner also appealed to the people to avoid unnecessary venturing out of their homes to help in breaking the covid chain.
