20 day online training hosted by DIET Jammu for heads of Elementary Schools concludes

JAMMU, JUNE 02: The twenty day online training (May 20, June 2) organised by DIET Jammu  for Heads of Elementary schools on Administrative Skills and Leadership qualities in six zones of Jammu, GandhiNagar, Satwari, Marh, Bhalwal and Purmandal concluded today.

 Around 370 teachers, masters from the six zones participated in the training as per the schedule for their respective Zones.

Principal DIET Jammu, Roshan Lal inaugurated the training programme and the adept faculty members from DIET including  HOD’s  N.P Singh, H.S Chouhan, Rita Sharma Poonam Sharma, Tripta Manyal, Nighat Parveen , Shobha Kirti,  and Sr Lecturers Viney Khajuria, Amarjyoti Kour and Sugandh along with technical team Sourab Bakshi and Ankit Mahajan managed the training sessions

The topics delivered to the HOIs included NEP-2020, Pensionary benefits, DIKSHA and NISHTHA, Cash book managements in schools, Role of HOIs and VECs in strengthening schools, Guidance and Counselling and School evaluation system Shalla Siddhi.

 The participants appreciated the efforts of DIET Jammu for enriching and refreshing their knowledge by such online training during this pandemic time.

The Principal DIET Jammu supervised the training programme and also resolved the queries of the participants during the sessions.
