An interaction was held on the present political and administrative scenario of JKUT Dr.Darakhshaan Andrabi, Sohail Kazmi and Kavinder Gupta addressed the session. Dr Darakhshan Andrabi in her address said Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha has introduced numerous welfare schemes and introduced some revolutionary measures which have resulted in streamlining the government working systems in J&K. She said that the bureaucracy needs to be more public friendly. In his address Shri Kavinder Gupta emphasised on the need of a popular democratic government and said that we expect the process of delimitation is soon completed so that elections are held. Suhail Kazmi in his presentation said that J&K is undergoing huge political and administrative transformations and people of UT have immense expectations from both central as well as the local governments.
Later a song “DEKH LAI” in Dogri language sung by Madhuri Raina was released by the dignitaries.
The song was appreciated by the audience.
