Former Minister calls on Lt Governor

JAMMU, MAY 29: Sh. Yashpaul Kundal, former Minister called on the Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu at the Raj Bhavan here today.Sh. Kundal submitted a memorandum of demands regarding several issues of public importance including reservation in promotion to the government employees belonging to SC and ST categories. The Lt Governor, while interacting with the former Minister, observed that the Government is committed towards the welfare of every section of the society. He assured Sh. Kundal to take up the genuine issues and demands put forth by him for their examination and urged him to continue working towards promoting public welfare.
