Justice Magrey, Justice Kumar inaugurate Legal Aid Clinic in Gulpur village on last day of 2 day visit to Poonch district

POONCH, JUNE 27:   Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey (Judge High Court of J&K, Executive Chairman J&K Legal Services Authority and Chairperson IT Committee) and Justice Sanjeev Kumar (Administrative Judge for District Poonch) inaugurated a Legal Aid clinic in the border village Gulpur on the last leg of their 2-day visit to this border district.

District & Sessions Judge, Ashok Kumar; Chief Judicial Magistrate,   Madan Lal; Secretary DLSA, Wajahat Hussain Kazami; Sub Judge Special Mobile Magistrate Sarfraz Qureshi; District Mobile Magistrate (T) Poonch   Shafiq Malik; Deputy Commissioner Poonch,  Inderjeet Kumar; DDC member Shazia Ghani, Panel Advocates PLVs, Staff and other prominent citizens of Poonch were present at the inauguration function.

With this inauguration and interaction, the two day tour of Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey and  Justice Sanjeev Kumar concluded today and they returned to Srinagar through Mughal road.

After inaugurating the Legal Aid Clinic,   Justice Magrey interacted with the locals and the participants of the function. He stressed on the concept of free Legal Aid and easy access to justice for everyone.

  Justice Sanjeev Kumar told the public that these Legal Aid Clinics shall bring justice delivery system to the door steps of inhabitants of this border village.

The two day tour for inaugurating the Vidhik Sewa Kendra (VSK), E Sewa Kendra and Alternate Disputes Resolution (ADR) Centre concluded on a very positive note and all the local inhabitants of the border village Gulpar thanked the High Court J&K for this useful facility.
