Warm send off’s given to retiring officers on their superannuation

June 30: Farewell functions were organized by Police in Budgam & Bandipora to accord warm send-off to the officers who have superannuated from their active services.

The superannuated officers include ASI Shri Nazir Ahmad Mir of Budgam Police & Gh Mohi-ud-Din of Bandipora Police. They were given mementos as a token of love and respect for their exceptional services spanning over more than three decades.

In Budgam, the impressive function was facilitated at DPL Budgam. SSP Budgam Shri Tahir Saleem-JKPS and DySP DAR Shri Ruhail Mircha-JKPS and other senior officers participated in the function. SSP Budgam while acknowledging the contribution of the outgoing officer, conveyed his best wishes to the retiring officer and prayed for his good health and success post-retirement.

In Bandipora, a similar function was organized at District Police Office Bandipora, SSP Bandipora Sh. Mohammad Zahid-JKPS, ASP Bandipora, DySP Hqrs Bandipora and other officers and officials were present on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, SSP Bandipora appreciated the work and dedication of the officer towards his duties. He wished the officer good health and happiness post retirement.

The superannuating officers while thanking the department for such an impressive send-off also addressed the functions and shared their years long experience in the department.
