Today on 10/07/2021 executed engineer school education department construction division for paid the visit at Boys Higer secondary school surankote in presence of Honourable chairmen muncipal committee surankote Taj Ahmed Bajjar, Chief education officer poonch Abdul majeed ,Principal Concerned Mukhtar Manhas, Assistant Engineer and JE’s of school education department in connection with the construction of Govt teacher quartars and art craft and science labrotaroy block sanctioned under capital PAB 2019-20 the layout for two projects sanctioned by the Govt oF india For the agumentation of infrastructural facilties in school by executive engineer and issued direction for construction of project on war footing, so that the complitation of project maybe reliased stipulated time period ,to avoid cost ascalation
pertinent to mention here that cheif education officer poonch held a threadbare meeting with the principal and his staff to take the first hand appraisal of the impedinents and hindrances in the path of construction of projects and functioning of school
Honble chairman muncipal committee surankote appraised the chief education officer poonch abot the diffculties being faced due to the lack of proper infrastrucutral facilites and also lack of access to school permises as the road is also shared by army unit stationed there it creates much diffcultes for staff members and also the childern to enter and leave the gate manned by army.Honble chairman asked the chief education officer poonch to look into the matter and make the alternate way for access to school permisson after consultation with distrcit administration and army officer
