LECTURE CUM INTERACTION BY CAPTAIN KIRTI MISHRA : 14 Sep 2021
In an endeavor to encourage the women of Kashmir to realise their full potential and strive towards their goals, Bandipora RR organised a Lecture cum Interaction for 51 girls of 8th, 9th & 10th class at AGS Bandipora with Captain Kirti Mishra.The lecture focussed on various aspects to include different avenues open to women in the Armed Forces, breaking the stereotypes about role of women in society, recent achievements of women in sports, domestic violence etc. This was followed by an informal interaction wherein the girls participated wholeheartedly and spoke on a wide variety of issues, seeking guidance on relevant matters.This Lecuture cum Interaction is the first in a series of many that will be held all over Bandipora District in the coming months to empower the women and help them realise their full potential.
