Civilian injured in Batamaloo succumbs: Officials

Srinagar, Oct 02 : A civilian, who was injured after being shot at by unknown gunmen in Batamaloo area of Srinagar, succumbed to his injuries, officials said here. Official sources told the news agency that unknown gunmen shot at a civilian identified as Mohammad Shafi Dar son of Abdul Rehman Dar of Batamaloo. They said that he had received bullet injuries in his abdomen and was shifted to SMHS hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries Meanwhile, hospital sources also confirmed to news agency, that the civilian succumbed to his injuries during the treatment.
