Srinagar, Oct 14: Body of an elderly woman was recovered from Jhelum river near Nawakadal here on Thursday.
Officials told that some passersby spotted the body and subsequently informed police. Later, they said, a police team recovered the body.
A police official told that identity of the woman is being ascertained
