Pukaar,Dilshad NGO,s Organised Immunity Boosting medical camp collaboration with Ayush Ganderbal

Ganderbal June 23:In time of COVID-19, a free medical camp & awareness programme was organised at Waliwar, Lar Ganderbal by PUKAAR NGO and DILSHAAD NGO in collaboration with Ayush, Ganderbal.

The purpose of this event was to distribute free medicines among needy people and to display the importance of “Promotive and preventive” Health care and generate awareness about the emergence of contiguous diseases like COVID.

On the occasion Chief guests present on the occasion were notable figures of District Ganderbal, Mr Shakil Ganai and Mr Haamid Bukhari. Both of them qualified UPSC IAS exam in the years 2015 and 2016 respectively and are natives of district Ganderbal. Both the officers are in Central Services, Government of India and have been posted in Kashmir valley.

Syed Nazakat Khaleefa, Chairman Pukaar NGO and Umar Iqbal chairman NGO DILSHAAD thanked participants for making it a grand successful awareness camp. Speakers highlighted the importance of Social and physical distancing in breaking this chain to contain the spread of virus.

The event was attended by hundreds of participants along with the officials from different departments of District Admin Ganderbal Including DFO Gbl, BDC Lar BMO Lar, SHO lar and sarpanch waliwar and other social activists were present on the occasion.

while SOPs were properly followed maintaining social distancing in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Government from time to time.
