KISHTWAR, JANUARY 12: In an initiative to contribute positively towards the future of youth in remote areas, Indian Army today organised a motivational lecture for youth in a remote region of Kishtwar District on occasion of “National Youth Day”.
The aim of the lecture was to facilitate youth of remote areas of Kishtwar district, and to increase the awareness of opportunities available to them after completion of 10+2. Students from remote regions studying in class 11th and 12th also attended the session.
They were accorded an opportunity to interact with the guest speakers on completion of the formal lecture and clarify their doubts. A total of 25 youth attended the lecture.
The event was appreciated by the locals and youth of the remote region of Kishtwar district. The locals, while lauding the efforts of the Indian Army expressed hope that such initiatives will help them in shaping a better future for themselves.
