Don’t pay heed to unverified reports on social media: Director SKIMS

Srinagar, Mar 29   Director, S K Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura, Dr AG Ahanger on Sunday appealed people not to pay heed to unverified reports attributed to him on the social media regarding the spread of Coronavirus in Jammu and Kashmir   A message has gone viral on social media in which the Director SKIMS is allegedly saying that coronavirus cases in Kashmir would increase and followed by decline.However, the Director SKIMS in an official statement said that this message is sheer imagination and has not been communicated by the Director himself or his office.Dr Ahangar also appealed not to believe such reports without ascertaining the veracity.
