Peerzada Tahir: Sopore ,june 30: A family in Sopore has accused a nurse at Sub-District Hospital Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district for not attending their patient for hour whose condition later worsened.
A-35-year old pregnant lady of Sopore was brought to Sub-District Hospital this evening for the check up.
“But the nurse available there did not see for 90 minutes. The nurse told us that she is having tea will see her. Later another doctor came forward to see her where fell down on ground,” a family member told.
After hour of wait, a doctor came forward to see patient while a nurse who was present at hospital despite requested her to check our patient she didnt bother claimed family. They said “We were made to wait for hour as the nurse present at the hospital did not attend here till her condition worsened and we were forced to move to Baramulla district hospital family added.
BMO Sopore Asif Kahndey when contacted youngbites newspaper told this reported that he will look into the issue and if nurse found guilty will be dealt strictly.
