Srinagar, July 4: Reacting to the reports of protest in JLNM hospital by some employees, Nodal officer Covid19 in JLNM, Dr Bilques Shah termed it highly motivated by those employees who don’t perform their duties.
When Contacted Dr Shah, she said that few union leaders have gone against her after she tried to ensure accountability and punctuality in their duties.
She said that she feels threat to her life and named some employees for ganging up against her
Dr Shah further said that they attend duties once a month.
” I have availed only holiday on Eid day, why cannot they perform their duties regularly. I have already informed Divisional Commissioner, DHSK and DC Srinagar about these employees.
She added that they create hurdles in the duties of others and want to create durty roaster according to their will.
” They are habitual of interfering in Administration issues,” she told.
