Top Delegates of GSPFP paid obeisance at Sufi Shrine of Aishmuqam, interacted with locals

In an extensive visit to south Kashmir’s Sufi township of Aishmuqam the Chairman /Founder of Global Strategic Policy Foundation Dr. Anant Bhagwat and the President JK Chapter Firdous Baba interacted with multiple delegations after paying obeisance in the revered world famous Sufi shrine of Aishmuqam.

They were received by the Intizaamia Committee President Mohd Yaqoob Gadiyal and its members who honoured the guests with traditional Shawl presenting.

The visiting guests were briefed about the importance of this Shrine and the measures taken to upkeep the harmonious ethos and values of Sufism intact.

Later on the guests interacted with the young voices of Aishmuqam who reflected upon the issues and main requirements of this historical township.

However, the civil society of Aishmuqam also interacted with the guests and presented the macro and emergent issues of the town, adjacent villages, and hamlets.

While concluding the visit the visiting guests of GSPFP stressed on national integration in true sense and assured the delegations for extending all cooperation for strengthening the bonds of harmony and pluralism throughout the country which is being preached and practiced by the Sufis of Kashmir.
