3 Kashmiri students develop J&K Covid-19 tracker website

Srinagar, March 30: With an aim to aim to provide fast and accurate information on Covid-19 in J&K, three Kashmir students have developed the website.Haider Ali Punjabi who is under graduate student of IMCA at Cluster University, Srinagar, Vikas Bukhari, B.Tech CSE Student at Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri and Mudasir Ali who is the freelance web designer have made a Covid-19 Tracker Website covidkashmir.org.As per the developers, the Covid-19 tracker website would act as database of Covid-19 in the region. It has been optimized for 2G speed but also provide a small (<1kb) version (lite.covidkashmir.org).“There is lot of misinformation and fake news regarding the number of coronavirus infected patients. We are trying our best to get right information,” group said.They said in future, they would be releasing apps for mobiles as well. (JKNS)
