Little girl injured in stray dog attack in Central Kashmir’s Budgam

A 4-year-old girl was critically injured after stray dogs attacked her outside the home in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

The incident occurred at Atina village of Beerwah.

Local sources told news agency that the girl identified as Arifa Ali had ventured outside her home when the stray dogs pounced upon her.

The dogs after the attack tried to drag her, however, the locals managed to rescue her from their clutches.

“She has sustained deep wounds in the body especially in her legs,” a doctor at Sub-District Hospital Beerwah said.
