Subscribers of Jio and Airtel are anguished over poor connectivity, Internet disconnection and call drop.
According to People Of Town Surankote subscribers from many parts of city and uptown complain of call drop, internet interruption and poor network on Jio and Airtel from the last few days.
A jio subscriber from an Town Surankote area said that for a few days his internet is getting interrupted frequently.
An Airtel subscriber from the city outskirts said that he is trying to call customer care for a call muting issue but the operator is closing his complaints without providing satisfactory resolution.
“My work is suffering due to slow and interrupting services,” another Jio subscriber said
