Anantnag, Jul 3: A bridge in Wangam Kokernag in south Kashmir’s Anantnag collapsed after a loaded dumper was passing over it this afternoon.
Reports reaching said that a dumper laden with stone crusher led to the collapse. There was however no loss of life or injury in the incident.
Soon after the incident, the authorities declared the bridge unsafe for vehicular traffic.
As learnt by the authorities have urged drivers and travelers to opt for alternate link road passing through Kokernag to Bypass of Wangam area.
