DDC Chairman Rajouri conducts whirlwind tour of Peeri, Panihad areas

Inspects dev works, health and Educational institutions

RAJOURI, SEPTEMBER 23: District Development Council, Chairman Rajouri, Advocate Naseem Laiykat on Friday conducted a whirlwind tour of Peeri and Parihad areas of Kotranka subdivision.

The District Development Council Chairman was accompanied by Executive Engineer, PMGSY, Subdivision, Budhal, District Education and Planning Officer Rajouri and concerned officers of line departments.

While inspecting PMGSY road from Kotdhara to HSS Panihad which was blocked for a couple of months due to damages caused by the rains, the DDC Chairman directed the concerned engineers to restore the connectivity and make it traffic worthy by tomorrow evening itself and speed up the other works on the road for its time bound completion.

He also visited the Government Higher Secondary School Panihad along with DEPO and other staff and resolved the matter of construction of new rooms on the spot and launched the construction process.

Later, the DDC Chairman also inspected the Health Institutions located in the areas and asked the Health Staff to provide best Health care services to the people.

During the one day tour, he also met with scores of public deputations and listened to the issues projected by them. He assured that the issues related to the local PHC will also be solved soon.
