SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 08: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar has extended his warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Eid-i-Milad-un-Nabi (SAW).
