Budgam, 8th March 2023: An event on the eve of Women’s Day was organized by District Police Budgam. The event was held in the recreation hall at DPL Budgam. Female officers of the district police including Incharge of the women’s cell Budgam and other officials participated in the event.
The programme started with a lecture on Stress Management by Insha Hassan Incharge of the Drug-deaddiction centre Budgam. She highlighted various adaptive stress management techniques. Dr Razia Medical Officer DPL Budgam threw light on special physiological issues among women. Towards the end of the programme, a pledge was also taken to enhance and safeguard women’s empowerment in every aspect.
