A 59-year-old man was critically injured after attacked by a black bear in Drangsoo mawer area in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Sunday.

Reports reaching that one Gh Mohideen Malik son of Gh Hassan Malik, a resident of Drangsoo Mawer was injured attacked by a black bear while he was working in his orchad.

They said that he sustained serious injuries in the incident following which he was immediately evacuated to NTPHC Qalamabad for treatment where from referred to GMC handwara for advanced treatment.(KS)
