A man was killed on Monday after he was attacked by a wild bear at Massari forest area of Doda district on Monday.
An official told that a wild bear attacked a man identified as Karnail Singh (42) a resident of Sagant Kotli at Massari forest area
He was immediately rushed to the hospital, however, he succumbed to his injuries on the way to the hospital, the official said.
Meanwhile, the locals appealed to the authorities to capture the wild bear at an earliest.(KS)
