Anti-corruption Bureau on Tuesday trapped and arrested a Drug Control Officer Handwara for demanding a bribe amount of ten thousand rupees, official sources said.
The sources informed that one Ishtiyaq Ahmad Baba was arrested after the ACB received a complaint against him through its helpline number.
The accused had been demanding an amount of rupees of ten thousand for some work – which wasn’t immediately known at the time of filing of this report. (KS)
