An 18-year-old youth was found dead under mysterious conditions in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Monday morning.
Reports reaching said that an 18-year-old youth identified as Sameer Ahmad Rather son of Ab Majeed Rather, a resident of Sail Beerwah, was lying outside his house with injuries mark on his head and ear.
Sources told News Agency Kashmir Scroll suspected that the injured has been allegedly murdered.
Meanwhile, police took cognizance of this incident. (KS)
