Srinagar, Nov 22 ; J&K government terminates four employees, including the president of Doctors Association of Kashmir (DAK), for their involvement in anti-national activities.
An official told that the terminated individuals include Dr. Nissar-ul-Hassan( doctor), Salam Rather (laboratory bearer in Higher Education department), Abdul Majeed Bhat (constable ) and Farooq Ahmad Mir (teacher).
The UT administration has sacked them without an inquiry, invoking 311 (2) (c) of the Constitution of India. This action is part of the government’s effort to dismantle the terrorist ecosystem and remove key stakeholders who were covertly appointed by previous political regimes.
Over the past three years, more than 50 employees have been terminated under this provision for their involvement in anti-national and terror activities. (KS)
