Kupwara, Nov. 30 : Authorities have suspended traffic movement on Tangdar-Chowkibal Road (NH701) due to severe weather conditions.
An official told that until there is an improvement in both weather and road conditions, vehicles will not be allowed to traverse this stretch.
He said to ensure the convenience and safety of individuals, it is advised that people plan their journeys according to the traffic advisory to be issued by the control room at the SDM office in Karnah.
This measure has been taken to minimize potential risks and inconveniences caused by the adverse weather on the Tangdar-Chowkibal road the officer added. (KS)
