Just as the Guru epitomised simultaneous possession of ‘firmness’ and ‘kindness’, J&K Police shall strive to be tough against injustice and yet be compassionate while officers and men of J&K Police shall be guided by the power of love, service to the humanity, belief that everyone is equal, utmost respect for all religions, and be humble, let there be no mistake that they shall neither suffer from inaction nor indecisiveness when it comes to acting against crime, falsehood, fraud, intimidation and injustice. Let us pledge to serve our communities with honesty, dedication, and humility”, the DGP added.
