May 06: Continuing it’s crackdown against absconders, Police in Baramulla have arrested two absconders who were evading their arrests from three decades.
A Police Party of Police Station Kunzer arrested two absconders namely Showkat Ahmad Shah son of Ab Majeed resident of Wagenpora Srinagar & Showkat Ahmad Makhdoomi son of Mohd Yaseen resident of Makhdoom Sahab Srinagar involved in case FIR No. 296/1998 u/s 224 RPC & 308/1999 u/s 420 RPC of PS Pattan.
Warrant of arrest was issued by the Hon’ble Court of Sub Judge JMIC Tangmarg against them respectively. They were evading their arrests since 1998 & 1999 respectively. Both were produced before the Hon’ble Court of JMIC Tangmarg.
