Police Station Pulwama received reliable information about a vehicle bearing registration number JK13H 4042, parked near Circular Road between Bunoora and Tahab Crossing, with a person identified as Mukhtar Umar Wani S/O Ab Aziz Wani R/O Vesarwani Tahab, lying inside in a pool of blood having cut a vein of his arm.
Pulwama police acted swiftly, providing immediate assistance, rushed to a medical facility from where he was subsequently referred to SKIMS Srinagar for further treatment, where his condition is reported to be stable.
