Srinagar, July 05:- A body of a youth who drowned in river Jhelum while taking a bath in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Thursday has been retrieved.
Reports reaching said that a youth drowned into the river Jhelum near Jamia at Hajin Bandipora on Thursday
They said that Nadeem (19 son of Zahoor Ahmad resident of Mir Mohalla Hajin drowned in river Jhelum while taking a bath.
They said that rescue operation was started soon after the incident and his body has been retrieved today.
They said that police have taken cognizance and started an investigation.(KS)
