Srinagar, Aug 03 : A 40-year-old man hanged himself to death at Kanitaar area of Hazratbal, Srinagar, officials said on Saturday.
They officials told that a 40-year-old person identified as Abdur Rashid, a resident of the Kanitaar area of Hazratbal hanged himself to death at his home.
His body was taken into custody by the police for medico-legal formalities. Police have started investigations to find out the reasons for the extreme step taken by Abdur Rashid. (Further details awaited)— (KNC)
