Srinagar, Aug 08 : A 35-year-old resident of Lasjan area of Srinagar died after falling from a mobile tower at Cheki-Kawoosa area of Budgam district, officials said Thursday.
An official told one person namely Waseem Sadeeq Bhat, 35, S/o Mohammad Sadeeq Bhat R/o Lasjan Srinagar fell down from Jio Tower at Cheki Kawoosa Budgam while working on it on Wednesday evening.
“He got seriously injured and was shifted to SKIMS Soura hospital Srinagar for treatment, where he succumbed,” the official said, adding that after completion of medico legal formalities, body was handed over to the family members for last rites–(KNC)
