Srinagar, Aug 13 : A Bihar resident who was working in a scrap store in Shalina area of Srinagar died after a water tank fell on him, officials said Tuesday.
An official said that Asur ud Din Miya Resident of Sadipur Goreyakatha Siwan, Bihar was working in a scrap store at Shalina area of Srinagar.
“He came under water tank at the store and died on Monday late evening,” the official told adding that his body has been kept in the mortuary of police Hospital Srinagar for medico-legal formalities.
Police have started proceedings under sector 194 BNSS—(KNC).
